RCA invests in commercial real estate through its wholly owned subsidiary, Century Ridge Capital Partners, LLC (“CRCP“). We leverage proprietary relationships, platform technology, and data analytics to identify off the run assets that demonstrate compelling relative and absolute value.

The subsidiary was formed to capitalize on special situation real estate opportunities in secondary and tertiary markets where we can acquire underperforming assets in dynamic submarkets. We primarily target lower middle-market assets that can be acquired at discounts to replacement cost and will benefit from our value-add strategy and intensive asset management.

We acquire, reposition and operate multifamily & mixed-use properties that previously were under-utilized or mismanaged, investing to maximize their potential and create incremental value. We do this while maintaining downside protection, with reasonable leverage and consistent cash flows.
